Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a technique that’s mainly used to treat
musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective
tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.
relaxation massage
Just like its name, relaxation massage centers on the relaxation of a client. It focuses mainly on giving the client quality time to
recover from the daily stresses of everyday life. When you want to receive a relaxation massage, you can expect the treatment to involve long smooth gliding strokes that are both rhythmic and flowing with lighter pressure to engage your parasympathetic nervous system.
cupping
The benefits of cupping include local pain relief, muscle relaxation as well as to increase local blood flow to particular muscle regions. Cupping therapy utilizes negative pressure, rather than tissue compression. Cupping, when applied, may help reduce pain and increase the range of motion.
No additional cost when included with a General Swedish Massage Treatment. Clients must request the addition of cupping upon booking.

I require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a charge for the full amount of your missed treatment before rebooking.
Before a treatment, I will propose a personalized treatment plan based on an initial assessment and health history. The assessment consists of various tests to determine the condition of your muscles and joints. Any personal and health information you provide is completely confidential and will be safeguarded. Your health record cannot be released or transferred without your written consent.
I must also obtain your consent to work on any part of your body, regardless of whether you are fully clothed, or fully or partially covered with sheets or blankets. Your privacy will always be respected, and you may withdraw your consent for treatment at any time.
Various specialized movements of the hands, over the skin or clothes, make up the Massage Therapy treatment. I will work with your level of pain tolerance during the treatment, and the treatment can be stopped at any time should the treatment become uncomfortable.
